专业的人做专业的事”，随着社会分工更精细化，很多的工业企业或能源公司考虑到资金紧张、技术人员缺乏、无电站管理经验等因素，寻求合作发电的模式。本方式一般由需求方负责提供电站使用土地，充足高质的燃气，及电站土建等相关事项。我公司一般提供电站需要发电机组，派驻技术人员对电站机组进行日常维护保养。合作中细节问题及一些权责分配等事项，可经双方协商议定。

For this mode, customers need to supply land for the power station, adequate gas with high quality and also some relative matters on the construction.
